The Center for Shared Use of Scientific Equipment of the Institute for Scintillation Materials of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine “Luminescence Microscopy and Spectroscopy of Functional Materials”.

Main areas of activity of the Center:
  • Conducting studies of the luminescent properties of materials using steady-state and picosecond spectroscopy methods;
  • Conducting studies of surface topography and roughness, as well as determining coating thickness and microobject height using confocal laser scanning microscopy methods;
  • Conducting studies of luminescent samples using luminescence microscopy methods.

Excitation sources: laser diode heads LDH-P-C-375 (379 nm), LDH-P-C-440 (439 nm), and LDH-P-FA-530 (531 nm).
Detector: MCP-PMT R3809U-50, spectral range: 160–850 nm.
Data acquisition system: PicoHarp 300, time resolution: up to 4 ps.
